The guided procedure will help you indicate the labels to be returned and start the return process in a simple and intuitive way. Alternatively, you can use the "Return" button found under "My Orders/Returns" in your personal area, referring to each individual order. Once you have exercised the withdrawal option, you will receive a confirmation email explaining how to proceed with the shipment.Once you have booked the return shipment with your preferred courier, please send us the tracking number at info@callmewine.com.Please remember to carefully prepare the package: the bottles must be well protected and the box must be perfectly sealed.Once the return is received, we will carry out a quality check and proceed with the refund of the original order, net of the initial shipping costs.Please note! The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery of the goods, therefore the quick withdrawal button will only be active within this time window. No refund will be issued for returns requested beyond the deadline.
