Returns and Refunds
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these instructions carefully: Write to us at info@callmewine.com including: • The products you want to return • The respective quantities • Your order number
Book the return shipment with your trusted courier and send us the tracking number. Prepare the package carefully: • The bottles must be well protected and the box must be securely sealed.
Once we receive the return, we will perform a quality check and proceed with a refund of the original order, excluding the initial shipping costs.
We encourage you to include all necessary information in your first message: this will allow us to process your request more quickly and avoid further exchanges.
Attention! The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted: in such cases, the package can be retrieved at your expense by booking the pickup with your courier and notifying our Customer Service. No refund is provided for returns requested after the deadline.
It is not possible to request product replacements, we are sorry! If necessary, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and place a new order.
