"Cosecose" from the Valter Mattoni winery is an authentic and sincere Sangiovese from the Marche region with a warm and tasty profile. The grapes come from vines that are on average 60 years old and grown on predominantly clayey soil. The wine is aged in steel tanks and barriques for 6-8 months before being bottled. The colour is an intense ruby red with luminous reflections, while the bouquet is reminiscent of ripe red fruit, violet petals and cinchona. The taste is warm, vinous, savoury, soft, enveloping and with an excellent persistent finish.
