Cote Rotie "Cote Blonde" from Domaine Rostaing winery is a red wine made from Syrah with a small part of Viognier. Following the manual harvesting of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation takes place by means of indigenous yeasts, resulting in a 22-month aging in oak barrels. An excellent expression of the terroir of the Rhône Valley, with a silky palate of equilbrato that goes well with the classic intense fruity and floral scents and spicy notes
