"Effraie" from the Domaine de Belliviere winery is a harmonious white wine from the Loire Valley. Chenin Blanc in purity, it is fermented with indigenous yeasts in barriques and aged for about a year. It presents a brilliant golden yellow color, expressing richness and body on the palate with a persistent sip, rich in fresh aromas of wildflowers and white-fleshed fruit.
