The Sparkling Brut “Cuvée Fashion Victim” by Astoria is a bubbly with a good aromatic profile, characterized by an image that winks at younger consumers, those who around the world consider wine consumption as a symbol of social gatherings. A label that arises from the modern and international approach that has always characterized Astoria's work, where the simplicity of the aromas and the ease of drinking represent the added value of the bottle. The Cuvée comes in 10 different outfits, each identified by a different precious gem: Emerald, Onyx, Sapphire, Lapis Lazuli, Citrine, Topaz, Ruby, Quartz, or Amethyst. 

“Cuvée Fashion Victim” signed by Astoria is a Sparkling Brut that comes from a careful selection of the best white grape varieties. After meticulous harvesting, the bunches are transported to the winemaking facilities, where the destemming operations take place. The grapes obtained are sent to the press, and the must undergoes a brief cold maceration. After static decantation, the must ferments for the first time in steel, to then carry out the sparkling process during the refermentation in autoclave, as required by the production rules of the Martinotti Method.

The Sparkling Brut “Cuvée Fashion Victim” branded by Astoria presents itself in the glass with a light straw yellow color, tending towards greenish; the perlage moves with tight chains, of fine grain, highlighting a good persistence. Subtle the bouquet of notes that envelops the nose, driven by floral hints and light references to white-fleshed fruit. The sip is lively in the mouth thanks to a vibrant entry, where the freshness of the sip, combined with a fruity taste consistent with the aromas perceived during the olfactory analysis, promotes a smooth drinking experience.
