The vineyards were planted in the 1980s on clay and limestone soil in the commune of Tagliolo Monferrato, at an altitude of 300 metres. Following manual harvesting, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, for a duration varying from 14 to 21 days, with 2 weeks of maceration on the skins. Ageing for 24 months takes place in 10 hl Slavonian oak casks. Once bottled, the wine rests for 6 months before release.
