"Donesco" by Pacina is the entry level of this historic artisanal reality of Chianti. Sangiovese with tiny additions of Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo, vinified in cement and steel, straightforward, everyday and genuine: it exudes aromas of red fruit, crisp and juicy, feminine and velvety, with hints of minerality here and there. On the palate it is fleshy and slender, with cutting freshness, accompanied by character and enjoyable persistence.
