Wine E by Cantina Alchemica is a white characterized by great harmony and expressiveness, obtained following the biotic philosophy, which is inspired by the Shumei thought. From a vine of over 70 years a liquid of ethereal memory is born, from the graceful traits to the nose that recall the officinal herbs and the dried fruit. The sip is fine, the fruity calls are now broken up, leaving small memories to resound and the alcohol content is supported by a nice acidity.
