The Etna Rosato Sciàre dell'Alba is a fresh and fragrant rosé wine produced on Etna, made from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, two very common indigenous varieties in the area. On the nose, notes of berries, rose, and violet stand out, accompanied by slight citrus nuances that lead to the freshness of the sip, clean and balanced, supported by a pleasant minerality.
