The Feudo di Mezzo by Graci is a full-bodied and intense Etna Rosso that offers us a rich, intense, and varied bouquet where notes of blackberries and black currants alternate with hints of violet, bay leaf, and nutmeg. The sip is supported by a nice agility and a good tannic structure, while the finish is savory, persistent, and mineral.

This wine "Feudo di Mezzo" is an Etna Rosso that needs no introduction, but rather a concentrated and respectful tasting. Only in this way is it possible to grasp the essence of a bottle with layered and intense aromas, where the sip creates dependence already after a few moments. A red that reaffirms the philosophy of the Graci winery, attentive to giving voice to authentic and incisive labels, where it is the territory, with its peculiarities, that speaks in the glass. Judging by the excellent scores, both Italian and international, the voice of this "Feudo di Mezzo" must resonate in a particularly fascinating way.

This Etna Rosso "Feudo di Mezzo" is born from a skillful blend created by the Graci winery, where, alongside 95% Nerello Mascalese, we find a pinch of Nerello Cappuccio. Two varieties that represent the emblem of the red berry vines of the DOC of Etna, which are cultivated following the rhythms of nature, never forcing anything, but limiting themselves to bringing the terroir of origin into the bottle. The grapes, once harvested during the harvest, they ferment thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts in oak vats with a capacity of 10-15 hectoliters. The aging then takes place for two years in oak barrels, after which the wine is ready to be bottled.

The wine "Feudo di Mezzo" is an Etna Rosso that, upon visual examination, presents itself with a ruby red color, crossed by slight reflections tending towards garnet at the rim. The nose is teeming with broad sensations, where black berry fruits alternate with aromas of spices, flowers, and bay leaf. On the palate, it has excellent body, energetic and lively at the same time, round and full, with a nice tannin and with a sip of clear savory imprint; it ends with a finish of excellent persistence. Territory, tradition, and nature, the cornerstones on which Graci operates daily, are found in this Sicilian red, whose success confirms, if there was ever a need, the great quality of the work done by the winery.
