The Etna Rosso "Lavico" from the Duca di Salaparuta winery is an energetic and mineral red wine with volcanic character, born on the slopes of the volcano from Nerello Mascalese grapes, aged for 12 months in barriques. It exudes hints of red flowers, black pepper, spices, and small fruits. On the palate, it is fruity, savory, and pleasantly tannic.
