The Faro Le Casematte is a rich and complex wine, with a very Mediterranean aromatic profile, aged in large barrels for 24 months. A deep bouquet reveals vegetal, spicy and peppery notes, with hints of red fruit. On the palate, it reveals great freshness and sapidity, good tannins and a long mineral persistence.
