The "Febo" by Nicola Gatta is a white wine macerated on the skins, vinified in partially filled oak barrels sous voile, in the presence of oxygen. It expresses an intense and elegant body, conveyed by aromas of candied citrus, hazelnuts, and dried fruit, aromatic herbs, and balsamic details, while on the palate it is rich and fresh, full, with brilliant tannins.
