Franciacorta Brut Ferghettina is a sparkling white wine fine and persistent perfect with aperitif, by citrus, floreal and fruity sensations. The palate reveals a pleasant creaminess accompanied by a direct freshness and a soft drink. Great for the most pleasant moments

The Franciacorta Brut is an engaging Classic Method sparkling wine on the nose, where elegant floral and fruity notes present themselves with delicacy and harmony. The bouquet of aromas features some of the classic scents of Chardonnay, the grape variety that "drives" the blend with a percentage in the final product of 95%. A bubble that Ferghettina produces with a medium structure, which ages for two years on the lees, and which, precisely because of this characteristic, is well suited to accompany various occasions, from aperitifs to more formal dinners.

This Brut Franciacorta is born from a skillful blend of two international grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The latter appears with a small 5% in the final blend, which is therefore built on the strength and aromas of Chardonnay. The grapes of these two varieties are cultivated using the classic guyot method, within vineyards located at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level, characterized by a subsoil where limestone and clay are found. After harvesting, the grapes are taken to the winemaking facilities of Ferghettina, and here ferment in steel. In the spring following the harvest, the cuvée assembly takes place, and the sparkling process occurs in the bottle, as dictated by the principles of Classic Method production. The wine then ages on the lees for 24 months, after which the disgorging and dosage operations are carried out.

The Franciacorta Brut signed by Ferghettina reveals itself in the glass with a pale straw yellow soul, crossed by a succession of fine and subtle bubbles, endowed with good persistence. The olfactory spectrum outlines a crunchy profile, where fruity notes alternate with floral aromas, enriched by sensations of yeast and pastry. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, broad and enveloping, with a linear structure that is enhanced by a salty and fresh sip, very drinkable. A good Classic Method, with which the winery confirms itself within the DOCG of Franciacorta as one of the most interesting realities that have recently emerged in the market.
