Currently, the winery consists of 32 hectares, of which 27.5 are vineyards, located in the municipality of Capriolo in the province of Brescia.
The Franciacorta Brut by Ricci Curbastro is made up of three different grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Bianco, and 10% Pinot Nero, sourced from vineyards located in the municipalities of Capriolo and Iseo. A trilogy that brings softness, elegance, and a more sharp, necessary to achieve a perfect balance. The production method is that of secondary fermentation in the bottle which defines the Classic Method, with a resting period on its own yeasts of about 30 months. This is followed by an additional aging time in the bottle of a few months.
Ricci Curbastro presents a Franciacorta Brut with a straw-yellow color that shines thanks to a fine perlage and a persistent foam. On the nose, fruity and floral aromas elegantly blend, with recognizable and typical notes of yeast and bakery. The palate is enveloped by a silky and smooth sip, yet still dry and fresh.
