Ca 'de Pazzi's Franciacorta Extra Brut is a surprising Classic Method with a gritty and elegant character, just like the lion that stands out on the label. It smells of hazelnut, bread crust, fragrances of white flowers and fresh citrus. At the sip it shows an intriguing complexity and intensity, supported by a slender freshness and a very fine bubble. With its irreverence it does not fear combinations with white meats and fish menus
