The “Palazzo Lana Extreme” by Berlucchi is an intense, broad, and complex Extra Brut vintage Franciacorta, produced from only Pinot Noir grapes with a minimum of 7 years aging on the lees in the bottle. It expresses fruity, spicy, mineral, and toasted tones, with hints of candied citrus and syrupy fruit. The sip is soft, savory, enveloping, and mineral.
