Corti Cugini's Franciacorta Millesimato Dosaggio Zero is made from a selection of only the finest Chardonnay must. The wine then rests on the lees for 38 months and is disgorged without dosage, in accordance with local artisan tradition. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits, with delicate notes of hazelnut and pastry. On the palate, it is elegant, dry and persistent, with a creamy mouthfeel supported by a lively tension. Ideal with shellfish or seafood risottos
