The Franciacorta Nature 61 presents itself in the glass with a straw yellow color, crossed by fine and persistent bubbles, with chains that impress with their abundance. On the nose, layered, complex sensations are perceived, alternating notes of fruit with sensations of balsamic herbs and aromas that recall yeasts and pastry. On the palate, it has excellent body, is voluminous, with a sip endowed with minerality and pleasant freshness; it finishes with a persistent aftertaste.
