The Franciacorta Pas Dosé by Elisabetta Abrami is the non-dosage version of the vintage from the winery, a cuvée of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The wine ages for at least 30 months on the lees and then at least 3 months after disgorgement, to obtain a wine of great finesse. On the nose, hints of white flowers, honey, and tropical fruits are noticeable, a complex bouquet crowned by the aromas of pastry typical of the best sparkling wines.
