The Franciacorta Pas Dosé by Ugo Vezzoli is made from hand-picked whole-pressed Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The refermentation occurs in the bottle according to the Classic Method, and the bottles rest for at least 36 months on the lees, a long aging that gives complexity and finesse. On the nose, notes of yeast, apple, and citrus emerge, with a balsamic touch. On the palate, the sip is dry, crisp, and fresh with a long finish. An elegant Pas Dosé, perfect paired with a seafood risotto.
