The Franciacorta Rosé 61 is a traditional method rosé sparkling wine that is very pleasant ans sensual, aged on the lees in bottle for at least 24 months. Elegant and delicate notes of red fruits and pommegrade coalesce to toated hints in a smooth fresh creamy taste, with a velvety and subtle fizz

The Rosé Brut 61 Magnum by Berlucchi is a fascinating expression of classic method rosé sparkling wine, produced by one of the wineries that have made history in Franciacorta. The meeting in 1955 between founder Guido Berlucchi and winemaker Franco Ziliani gave rise to a partnership destined to write important pages in the world of Italian bubbles. This label pays homage to the first year of production of this famous sparkling wine in its rosé version. After all, behind the elegance and sensuality of this rosé bubble lie the efforts, passion, and ancient tradition of the winery, which, year after year, has carved out a place in the Olympus of bubbles. A romantic and fascinating Rosé, dedicated to all lovers and enthusiasts.

The Franciacorta Brut Rosé 61 is a blend of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, coming from the most vocated vineyards of the prestigious area, located among 19 municipalities. Pinot Nero gives freshness and sapidity, while Chardonnay provides a softer and more generous contribution. This results in a fusion millimetric, which combined with a well-calibrated dosage, gives life to a label that confirms itself every year at the top of its category. After the second fermentation in the bottle, it ages 24 months on the lees and rests for at least 2 months in the bottle, thus enriching its aromatic profile.

The Franciacorta Rosé 61 presents itself in the glass with soft foam and extremely fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it is cohesive and immediately shifts to notes of berries and cherries, but the aging on the lees adds notes of baking and pastry to the complex and intense olfactory profile. On the palate, it immediately impresses with the extreme freshness of the sip, balanced by the slight sweetness of the dosage. A transversal and versatile wine, with almost unlimited gastronomic versatility, capable of accompanying both cured meats and cheeses as well as shellfish in sauce. A Magnum bubble that captivates and impresses, which like few others can accompany the most romantic moments!
