Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Uno by Arici is a very fresh, dry and mineral sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, refined on the lees for at least 18 months. The bouquet is made of bread crust, flowers and white fruit. The taste is incisive, energetic and very dry, with almost saline minerality
