The Sparkling Ancestral 'Vespri' by Il Ceo is a wine produced from old vineyards, a choice aimed at both quality and sustainability. Il Ceo, a young man from Veneto, is Davide Andreatta, who has recovered old vines in order to preserve them and produce wines with artisanal care, like this ‘Vespri’. Fresh but also pleasantly oxidized aromas emerge from the glass, a slight effervescence tickles the nose and prepares for the lively sip. The attack is very savory, then the wine develops with grace and good persistence.
