The Semi-sparkling Red Sui Lieviti "Surlié" by Mariotti is a typical wine from the Ferrarese region. Produced with Fortana grapes, a precious native variety of the area, this wine is made with a 'family method', that is, it develops its effervescence in the bottle, without adding sugar. Fragrant notes of red fruits dominate the nose, where slight hints of saltiness emerge on the finish. At the first sip, one thing is immediately apparent: this wine has great drinkability!
