Gamay del Trasimeno 'Opra' Madrevite 2023

The Gamay del Trasimeno “Opra” by Madrevite is a fresh and lively red, coming from an increasingly interesting area, that of Trasimeno. With this red, the winery experiments with the ‘governo all’uso toscano’, a winemaking method that involves the addition of dried grapes to the fermenting must, to activate a second fermentation. This technique allows the development of intense, fruity, and spicy aromas, a great fragrance that returns to the palate. The sip is silky and smooth, with a fine tannic texture that gives structure.
