The Gewurztraminer 'La Vigne en Rose' by Vignoble du Reveur is an aromatic and intense white, a handcrafted product made from one of the noble grape varieties of the north. Following the long spontaneous fermentation in barrel, there is a long aging on the fine lees, a technique to give longevity and great finesse. On the nose, the typical fragrance of the grape variety is perceived, with spicy hints and dry flowers that outline an elegant wine. At the same time, it surprises with its structure and persistence.
