Rieffel's Gewurztraminer 'Lacher Prise' is an aromatic Alsatian white wine with a strong identity. It is produced in an environment dedicated to promoting traditional varieties and reflects the winery's precise and recognisable style. The grapes are left to macerate whole to obtain greater flavour intensity and aromatic complexity, while maintaining the purity of the fruit. The nose reveals aromas of lychee and rose petals, with hints of sweet spices and light citrus notes. On the palate, it is intense and decisive, with lively freshness and persistent sapidity. It pairs well with spicy Asian dishes such as chicken curry and coconut milk
