The Gewürztraminer "Praepositus" from the Abbey of Novacella is an aromatic white wine that comes from vineyards grown at about 650 meters altitude, ensuring a perfect ripening of the grapes. The glass fills with pale yellow with sporadic golden reflections, due to the short aging in steel tanks, and the nose is intoxicated with typical aromas of the grape variety: white flowers, tropical fruit and light herbaceous hints. On the palate, it is aromatic, lively and fresh with a mineral finish
