Grauburgunder from the German winery Enderle and Moll is a tasty and enjoyable macerated Pinot Grigio perfect for surprising guests. The grapes are carefully selected by hand, the vinification process involves the sole use of indigenous yeasts and a 4-5 day maceration on the skins before ageing in stoneware barrels for at least 10 months. The bright orange colour introduces citrus and balsamic sensations while the palate enjoys a fresh, explosive and decidedly unusual sip
