The Greco di Tufo from Vadiaperti is a representative white wine of the territory: fresh, energetic, mineral, and expressive. The bouquet expresses notes of pear, hazelnut, yellow fruit, and aromatic herbs. The sip is savory, soft, pleasantly rustic, and very satisfying.

The Greco di Tufo Vadiaperti is a wine with a rich taste profile, while at the same time characterized by a sharp acidic-salty push. Grit, contrast, and savoriness are the most prominent characteristics of this Greco di Tufo produced by Raffaele Troisi. Taking over from his father Antonio, the heir of an important company based in Montefredane, which has been bottling wines for more than twenty-five years, Raffaele wanted to preserve the typical style set by Antonio, who made territoriality the essential hallmark of his wines.

Past and future have thus met in these years, reconnecting with the best vintages of the company's whites, still supported today by an impressive acidic backbone. In this Greco di Tufo, behind an initial apparent roughness, one can grasp the most subtle and elegant vibrations of the typical savory-mineral character of this grape variety. The mild Mediterranean climate and the volcanic origins of the soil do the rest, giving the Greco di Tufo an unmistakable personality, typical of these territories located in the heart of Irpinia, along the Valley of the Sabato River.

Little inclined to follow the trends of the wine scene, Raffaele is convinced that wine is made in the vineyard: thus, vineyard by vineyard, plant by plant, he himself decides the pruning system, the fertilization program, and the treatments to be adopted depending on the climate, the characteristics of the soil, and the grape variety; only in this way is it possible to create a Greco that is truly representative of the Campania territory as is that of Vadiaperti.
