The Greco "Sophia" is a genuine and authentic expression of the Irpinia territory, produced according to ancient Campanian traditions. It is vinified with long macerations in 200-liter amphorae for 319 days, thus giving typical and varied aromas and a full-bodied and intense structure, slightly tannic and with great territorial expressiveness
