The pure Grenache "Barrique is (almost) dead" by Tenuta Saiano is in intriguing Romagna red. The grapes undergo a soft pressing before being macerated whole for 25 days and fermented spontaneously. At the end of the 12 months in barrique, we recall a wine with pungent notes of red fruit, intense spicy scents and aromas of underbrush.
