New arrivalsLambrusco di Cinque Campi has a multifaceted character, resulting from a unique blend of native grape varieties: Lambrusco Grasparossa, Marzemino, Malbo Gentile and other ‘Lambrusco’ varieties combine to create an intriguing and distinctive profile. Maceration is brief and precedes vinification using the traditional bottle-fermentation method. Frank and rustic, the nose reveals intense red fruits with earthy and musky notes. On the palate, the tannins are present, with good body balanced by marked freshness. It is an ideal pairing with gnocco fritto and Reggio Emilia cured meats
