Bugno Martino's Lambrusco 'Origine' is made exclusively from Lambrusco Grappello Ruberti grapes. This grape variety, native to the Modena area, is also known as Lambrusco Viadanese and is linked to the figure of Ugo Ruberti, who promoted its spread in the 19th century. Vinification takes place in steel tanks with selected indigenous yeasts, followed by refermentation in the bottle with frozen must. The bouquet is fragrant with hints of fresh fruit, slight balsamic nuances and spicy notes accompanied by a typical vinous note. The palate is full and juicy with soft tannins, supported by a long and incisive effervescence. Excellent paired with zampone (stuffed pig's trotter) with mashed potatoes
