The Lugana 'Pruviniano' by Domini Veneti is a savory and mineral white wine, a reflection of the soils on which it is grown. Made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, it is vinified and aged entirely in steel, before surprising with its distinctive characteristics. It is a wine capable of combining verticality and structure without sacrificing freshness, which is why we recommend it both for aperitifs and to accompany lake fish dishes.
