The Malvasia Puntinata by Casale Certosa is a delicate and enveloping white wine produced on volcanic origin soils in Lazio. After spontaneous fermentation in steel, it ages for at least 16 months on fine lees, resulting in a wine with pronounced freshness and persistence. White fruits and flowers invade the senses and are perfect to pair with fish appetizers or grilled vegetables
