Montefalco Rosso Pomontino from Tenuta Bellafonte is a red wine that fully expresses the Umbrian territory and its peculiarities. It comes from Sangiovese and Sagrantino grapes vinified as a whole grape with only indigenous yeasts and ages for 12 months in oak barrels. Its ruby red tending to garnet anticipates a dark bouquet of spices, currants and bitter orange, with hints of tobacco. On the palate it is medium-bodied and well balanced, with a pleasant acidity and light tannic structure
