"Ilico" is a Montepulciano Abruzzo of medium body and good intensity, aged for 10 months in large oak barrels. On the nose, it releases mainly fruity notes of blackberry, cherry, and plum with hints of spices, licorice, and Mediterranean scrub. It presents a warm, round, and full structure, tightened by dense tannins and energized by persistent freshness

After destemming and soft pressing, the grapes are sent for fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 °C, with a long maceration on the skins.
