The "Mossone" from Santa Barbara is a red wine made from Merlot grapes dedicated to the founder of the winery, Stefano Antonucci, nicknamed 'Mossi'. This red ages in barriques for a year and offers a wide and intense bouquet, rich in aromas of marasca cherry and blackberry, licorice, mushrooms, Mediterranean scrub, and vegetal notes. On the palate, it is dense, concrete, and noble tannin, supported by freshness and a long savory persistence.
