The Nebbiolo by Luigi Einaudi is a red wine of medium intensity and structure that gives a bouquet where stand out the red fruits when young, but it also lends itself to aging, then tending to spicy aromas and coffee. The taste is warm and persistent, and is left to age for 12 months in wooden barrels
