The grapes are taken to the winery where they undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, with a maceration on the skins of about 10 days. Before the final bottling, it rests in steel tanks for a few months. It presents itself with a purple color with violet reflections. The olfactory profile expresses aromas of small dark berries, currants, blackberries, cherries, hints of aromatic herbs, and slight spicy nuances. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with soft and fruity aromas, a delicate tannin and a pleasant finish with a slightly savory closure.
