Tenuta di Aglaea's Nerello Mascalese 'Aglaea' takes its name from the youngest of the three Graces in Greek-Roman mythology, the Shining One. The winery aims to produce a fresh and immediate Nerello, vinified exclusively in steel. The nose reveals red fruits such as cherry and plum, followed by Mediterranean scrub, with slight hints of flint. On the palate, it has a fresh profile and a savoury, persistent finish. Perfect with carpaccio or cold cuts
