Key points
ArtisanalFrom our sommeliers
The "North Slope" of Eduardo Torres Acosta is a volcanic, magnetic, and sanguine red wine from Etna, the result of vinifying Nerello Mascalese together with a mix of other local white and red berry varieties. A child of the sandy and stony terroir of the volcano, it transfers the same minerality to the nose and mouth, supported by aromas of red-fleshed fruit and a fine, clear, and powdery tannin.
Colour:
Deep and intense ruby red
Scent:
Sanguine and mineral, animated by aromas of cherry, plum, and cedar
Taste:
Pure and decisive, mineral and complex with a fine and silky tannic structure
