The 'Silineo' Nobile di Montepulciano from Fattoria del Cerro is a beautiful interpretation of one of the historical areas of Tuscan wine. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with classic maceration on the skins. Before bottling, the wine matures for 18 months in oak barrels.
