The Nosiola from the La Vis winery is a white wine from Trentino born from a rare native grape variety, vinified and aged in steel. The typical aromatic bouquet of flowers and white fruit, rose petals, and fresh hazelnuts accompanies a soft, harmonious, fresh, and mineral sip.

Nosiola is a delicate and harmonious white wine, produced from the homonymous native grape variety from Trentino. La Vis Winery offers a version with beautiful varietal typicity, which, thanks to a respectful vinification in steel, allows one to appreciate all the nuances of the grape. The bouquet expresses floral aromas, notes of white fruit, and hazelnut. The palate is very balanced, soft, and subtle, with delicate fruit and pleasant final freshness.

The Nosiola white from La Vis Winery is produced with grapes cultivated in the hilly area of La Vis, Sorni, and Pressano. The vineyards are located on silty soils, moderately deep and fertile, and on porphyritic soils, rockier and shallower, at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level, with south and southwest exposures. The training system is the traditional Trentino pergola, with a planting density of about 4,500 plants per hectare. At the end of the manual harvest, the grapes are gently pressed in an inert atmosphere, and after a static decantation of the must, the process continues with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. This white wine matures for a period of 5/6 months in steel on the fine lees before bottling.

The Nosiola wine from La Vis Winery is the most typical white of Trentino, produced with a grape variety historically cultivated for centuries in the area, which expresses itself very well in the initial part of the Valle di Cembra, where it takes on characteristics of particular aromatic intensity and structure. The wine has a pale straw yellow color, with brilliant greenish reflections. The olfactory profile seduces with the delicate harmony of floral aromas, notes of apple and white fruit, enhanced by a particular nuance of fresh hazelnut. On the palate, it has a medium structure, with great taste balance between the slight fruity touch and the savory and mineral components.
