The Passito of Noto by Planeta is a velvety and full-bodied wine, made from Moscato grapes harvested at the end of August and dried for about 40 days before vinification. The result is a golden yellow in the glass, accompanied by intense notes of papaya, yellow fruit, candied orange, orange blossoms, ginger, and almond hints. The sip is sweet and well-balanced, with a pleasant fruity persistence.
