Thus, with dedication and love for his land, together with his family, Luigi Viola has been able to create a small miracle of Calabrian enology: the Moscato Passito di Saracena from Cantine Viola. Made from an ancient blend of guarnaccia, malvasia, and moscatello grapes, the moscato di Saracenais today a "cultural asset" of our country and soon a designation of origin.
