The Pet Nat "A Chacun Sa Bulle" by Jean-Louis et Eric Kamm is a lovely semi-sparkling wine made by Muscat and Auxerrois grapes. From ancestral method, without dégorgement or filtration, is characterized by fresh, clean and fragrant accents, of juice and peel citrus fruits. It's dynamic and soft on the palate, plenty of salty and citrusy touches.
Jean-Louis and Eric Kamm "A Chacun Sa Bulle" presents itself in the glass with a slight haze that struggles to hide the light bubbles that characterize this wine. Brought to the nose, it stands out for its fresh aromas, where the fragrance and clarity of citrus notes and the vibrant strength of mineral tones create a linear mosaic with enviable tension. Invited to taste, one is not disappointed; freshness and savoriness combine in a seductive duet capable of creating a sip of great persistence and an agile, dynamic drink. An excellent wine for an aperitif, it also becomes the ideal companion for simple dishes characterized by a rich texture. This wine is probably the most democratic of wines, capable of relating and revealing itself in the best way in any context it is placed in.Jean-Louis and Eric Kamm "A Chacun Sa Bulle" presents itself in the glass with a slight haze that struggles to hide the light bubbles that characterize this wine.
