The Pet Nat "A Chacun Sa Bulle" by Jean-Louis et Eric Kamm is a lovely semi-sparkling wine made by Muscat and Auxerrois grapes. From ancestral method, without dégorgement or filtration, is characterized by fresh, clean and fragrant accents, of juice and peel citrus fruits. It's dynamic and soft on the palate, plenty of salty and citrusy touches.

The Pet Nat "A Chacun Sa Bulle" by Jean-Louis et Eric Kamm is a wine that makes straightforwardness its strength. Produced through principles that respect nature and its rhythms, using artisanal methods, this blend of Auxerrois and Moscato has variable percentages depending on the vintage and reveals the characteristics of a territory that has made viticulture a fundamental part of its history: Alsace.

The "A Chacun Sa Bulle" Petillant Naturel by Jean-Louis et Eric Kamm is, as the name suggests, a natural sparkling wine. The grapes harvested from different parcels that take root in volcanic granite soils are then transferred to the winery for processing. In it, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation occurs inside steel tanks, followed by bottle fermentation without any type of filtration or disgorgement. This way, the aromatic authenticity of the grapes and the faithful testimony in the bottle of the terroir characteristics are guaranteed.

The Pet Nat wine by Jean-Louis et Eric Kamm "A Chacun Sa Bulle" presents itself in the glass with a slight haze that struggles to hide the light bubbles that characterize this wine. On the nose, it stands out for its fresh aromas, where the fragrance and cleanliness of citrus notes and the vibrant strength of mineral tones create a linear mosaic with enviable tension. Invited to taste, one is not disappointed; freshness and sapidity combine in a seductive duet capable of crafting a sip of great persistence and agile, dynamic drinking. An excellent wine for an aperitif, it also becomes the ideal companion for simple dishes characterized by a rich texture. This wine is probably the most democratic of wines, able to relate and reveal itself in the best way in any context it is placed in.
