Some of the vineyards are located in the original area of Torrette, where the sandy soil is poor and enjoys a very sunny, with drought problems. Wine-growing is truly heroic, with the vineyards almost sheer. The Petite Arvine is also why a wine unique, able to fascinate for its unique fragrance and for its taste, but always looked perfectly balanced.
